Leverage Your Design Sensibility and Strong Eye for Detail to Take Ownership of Our Annual Product Catalog, Ensuring Accuracy and Quality

If you combine a deadline-driven mindset with an intense detail orientation -- the skill to input and accurately proof product numbers and descriptions -- and the communication skills to work with Marketing, Engineers and Senior Leadership to gather critical information, the role of Catalog Coordinator could be your perfect fit. In this role, you will:
  • Support a customized, luxury brand by providing an accurate and detailed catalog that is up to date, clear and customer friendly. While you won't design the catalog -- the format, look and color are already in place -- you will make your mark on its quality by ensuring a pleasing layout, attractive images and accurate information.
  • Enjoy visibility as you work with key contacts including internal experts such as Engineers, Sales and Marketing professionals and the CEO, and external vendors, including the print house.
  • Expand your skills and knowledge in catalog production as well as other projects within Marketing, including brochures, new product guides, and more.
  • Enjoy a great culture where you'll have the autonomy to own your responsibilities and support when you need it. We're a helpful and supportive group where talent has a chance to shine. Prove yourself in this role and in time you could take on additional responsibilities.
  • Be part of an experienced team. When people join us they tend to stay, as demonstrated by our high number of long-tenured employees.
  • Join a company enjoying strong growth; we've doubled in size over the past five years, and we're poised to do that again.
At California Faucets, our goal is to give customers exactly what they want, when they want it. That's the philosophy behind giving customers the option to order our faucets through our catalog, or to design their own faucets. We don't believe in mass produced. We believe in custom. Each of our faucets is hand-finished and individually assembled in our factory in Huntington Beach, California. Since 1988 we have offered an ever-evolving line of faucets, shower fittings, luxury drains, and accessories.

Pride in the products
Our employees take great pride in delivering products to uniquely high-quality standards. We sell primarily through plumbing showrooms and specifiers such as architects and contractors, and offer both stock and highly customizable products. That makes our supply chain, as well as our manufacturing environment, a bit more complex than most, but we don't believe in mass-produced products.

Culture is key
If we had to describe our company culture in one word it would be "yes." "Yes" to allowing customers to mix and match any handle with any spout in any finish. "Yes" to quick delivery. And, most importantly, "Yes" to unparalleled customer service. You'll help us ensure that we maintain the culture that makes "Yes" possible. In the spirit of "Yes", your great ideas will be warmly welcomed.

Award-winning innovation
We're constantly developing new and unique designs for our discriminating clientele. We've won several awards over the years, including several Best of Year (from Interior Design magazine), Design Plus (from Messe Frankfurt and the German Design Council), Good Design (from the Chicago Athenaeum Museum of Architecture and Design), Product Design Award (from iF International Forum Design GmbH), and others.

Excellent compensation
In addition to a competitive wage, we offer a strong benefits package that includes medical and dental insurance that's 100% employer-paid for employees, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, a profit sharing plan, paid time off, and more.
