Pride in the products
Our employees take great pride in delivering products to uniquely high-quality standards. We sell primarily through plumbing showrooms and specifiers such as architects and contractors, and offer both stock and highly customizable products. That makes our supply chain, as well as our manufacturing environment, a bit more complex than most, but we don't believe in mass-produced products. That also makes this new position an important cog in the wheel of our success.

Culture is key
If we had to describe our company culture in one word it would be "yes." "Yes" to allowing customers to mix and match any handle with any spout in any finish. "Yes" to quick delivery. And, most importantly, "Yes" to unparalleled customer service. You'll help us ensure that we maintain the culture that makes "Yes" possible.

Award-winning innovation
We're constantly developing new and unique designs for our discriminating clientele. We've won several awards over the years, including several Best of Year (from Interior Design magazine), Design Plus (from Messe Frankfurt and the German Design Council), Good Design (from the Chicago Athenaeum Museum of Architecture and Design), Product Design Award (from iF International Forum Design GmbH), and others.

Attractive location
If you immediately think "dingy and dirty" when you hear "manufacturing," we are looking forward to surprising you -- our environment is clean and bright. We're convenient to both the 405 and 22 freeways and are just a few blocks from the picturesque Seal Beach National Wildlife Refuge. It's an industrial area, but there are amenities nearby for coffee or a sandwich. And if you need to get your surfboard waxed, you're definitely in the right place!

Excellent compensation
In addition to a competitive wage, we offer a strong benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability insurance that's 100% employer-paid for employees, a 401(k) plan with company match, a profit-sharing plan, paid time off, paid holidays, and more.

Pictured: Today we are 200 strong and growing. Many of us have been here for 10, 15, and even 20+ years. While we are always looking for the right technical skills, fit is the most important quality we seek. Doing right by our customers is part of our DNA, which for us, means we must also do right by each other. To look out for, support, and encourage one another. Your work will directly impact customer experience.

This is a role that is both task-oriented and objective-oriented. You'll work under the general supervision of the Director of Manufacturing, but will also receive direction and objectives from multiple dotted-line reporting relationships. That means that while your data analysis skills and attention to detail will be essential -- this is primarily a head-down role -- effective communication will also be central to your success.

In addition, to be an outstanding Production Control Analyst, you will:
  • Be organized and effectively manage your time to meet production demands; remain flexible about overtime
  • Bring a people-oriented mindset -- build strong relationships throughout the organization
  • Own your role, working independently and meeting high expectations, while also knowing when to seek assistance
  • Maintain a positive attitude and embrace our goal-oriented, high-performance culture
  • Meet demands in a fast-paced environment without reducing your strong attention to detail
You'll know you're hitting the mark when you are in the driver's chair, acclimated to, and in charge of, your responsibilities; you're meeting the pace of incoming orders while also addressing the customer order backlog; and when you've built strong partnerships company-wide.
